Jul 17, 2008 - No.....I feel I must correct you, the man in the red tie is not Peter Sellers at all.....I've no idea who he or any of them are but it is not Peter Sellers and I don't know how you could even think that. He does remotely resemble him other than that he has a mastache in which case he might as well be Salvador Dali! ;-)

Anyway, I'm on a mission to find out who he is as well as the older guy. Both are so familiar and I'm having a total brain fade. Thanks!

Jul 17, 2008 - Hmmm...My friend and I think he might be David Niven. I'm not feeling so confident to say positively~ but I have looked at some videos and there's a stronger resemblance to Niven than Sellers.
