Feb 26, 2008 - C'est quoi l'orchestre ? Par contre la voix est sublime (hormis la sensibilité absente). Plus de nuances serait génial!!

Mar 27, 2008 - I'm in the chorus of the Louisville Orchestra concert production of Sampson. We had our dress rehearsal last night. The performance is Friday, March 28th. I sat in the hall during act two (no chorus in that act) and got to hear her do this from 15 feet away (with Stephen O'Mara as Sampson). I can tell you that she is the total package. You have no idea how powerful her voice is until you hear it in person. What an honor to have the chance to back her up in this gorgeous opera.

Apr 1, 2008 - Hey Thanks for coming Birdman! Hard to believe it's over in one night after all that work. But I must humbly admit, it was an awesome evening!

May 11, 2008 - Great performance of a beautiful aria.. My question is: Did Leontyne Price ever record this piece? Can't seem to find it..She wasn't a mezzo of course, but it would hardly have mattered for her..Any thoughts?

Jul 14, 2008 - She sang Sampson et Dalila here in San Diego (which I missed). However, she's coming back to San Diego in 2009 to sing in an opera version of Don Quioxte.

Jul 24, 2008 - wow... That was a great B at the end! Domingo's was fantastic but it's great that Graves even hit it as well as she did, considering she is a mezzo! great job :-)

Nov 21, 2008 - You obviously have a tin ear. I suggest you consult an audiologist for your condition. Denyce Graves is probably the greatest Mezzo alive and singing today.
sundance9546 Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - Stick it in your ear.
sundance9546 Says:
Nov 21, 2008 - Well, this was an outdoor concert on Copacabana Beach in Rio. It's not in a concert hall.

Feb 21, 2008 - what an opulent voice, nice top notes, but still magic did not occur, even with the presence of P.Domingo. the conductor should be more carefull!
