Jan 22, 2008 - I have done this method and also dpn's for me this method takes longer, each time having to slide the stiches, pick the yarn back up and such. But I knit Continental and wonder if this is why. Very clear vid and I wish I had seen this when I was first learning this technique.

Jan 26, 2008 - What a clear, understandable video! Both in looks and in content. I just recently learned the 2 circular needle method and love it. But I wanted to make an item calling #2 needles and I only nave one set. So this will be perfect for what I want to do. Of course, I'm going to practice a bit before I try the real thing.

Feb 28, 2008 - thank you! i'm gonna try this soon.

Mar 10, 2008 - Awesome! When I was a newbie knitter, I didn't realize circulars would eventually be too big for knitting in the round and struggled to finish up a hat with them anyway. I ended up doing something so similar to this, I'm surprised.

Aug 27, 2008 - Yay, I got it, I've been trying for a week to figure it out by myself and could even get the first stitch. Now I see from this video that I missed sliding the right needles stitched down on the cable.

Sep 18, 2008 - Thanks for this! I can hardly wait to start my first pair of socks!! I just need to find a really easy magic loop pattern! :)

Sep 25, 2008 - wow i also have a circular needle, but i didn't know how to use it, i was a little frustration with that, and i dedicated more time to knit with the needle.... thanks for the video, is very usefull
TrueLoveWithin Says:
Nov 13, 2008 - I have the knitpicks options set and I have to admit, I haven't been using them much at all. I feel right at home with dpns. I bought size 8 dpns for the first time a month ago and I've been trying any pattern I like that calls for them. Right now I'm working on the Sweater Bag and it calls for a 29" circular. The 32" is way too long for it. I think I might switch to my 60" and try the magic loop. Thank you for the video. Are you on Ravelry?
katiegrav Says:
Nov 29, 2008 - I just watched your majic loop knitting and I loved it. I do knit small diameter knitting with dpns and I like that but it was fun doing the majic loop technique.
