Dec 12, 2008 - Yes it is and hes blimming amazing, I tried learning the solo and that one altissimo note is a pain to get and to sound as good as sanborn!
borteek Says:
Dec 12, 2008 - david sanborn used to be rocking like this, now he classes himself as smooth jazz. He could have had a better career if he chose a rock path.
maurice493 Says:
Dec 12, 2008 - He IS amazing. I had the privilege of opening for him on a bunch of concert dates back in my standup comedy days (mid '80s). I would run out to the house every night after I came off and he went on, grab an empty seat and just listen to his entire show, over and over, and it was amazing every single time. What a treat! Free Sanborn for a month! I can tell you first-hand, he is not only the most incredible alto player in modern times, but a helluva nice guy!

Dec 31, 2008 - Great Song David Bowie! This song and Fame, and Let's Dance are really soulful. I had read about the contributions the late great Luther Vandross had made to this song. It's good to see Luther performing background vocals in the clip. Thanks for posting.

Jan 4, 2009 - incredible artist, able to recreate his persona from ziggy to an elvis-like character here and then over the years.his nultiple-personalities enhance bowie's stature and single him out among many.
